Hire an engineer into your team
For companies that want to hire and manage their own engineers.
We help define your requirements, source candidates, coordinate screening and technical assessment, and manage the interview process. You choose who to hire and agree the employment or contracting arrangement.
Permanent recruitment: 20% of the engineer's agreed first-year base salary, with a USD 5,000 minimum fee. Compensation is separate. Short-term freelance assignments are quoted individually.
Work with a managed engineering team
For companies that need ongoing engineering capacity with one accountable point of contact.
Your team includes two dedicated engineers and an assigned delivery lead. The lead coordinates the work, tracks progress, raises blockers and keeps you informed. Together, we agree priorities, responsibilities and how completed work will be reviewed.
Packages start at USD 10,000 per month. The final price depends on the skills required and leadership support. The starting package includes an allocated delivery lead, not a full-time product manager.

Who manages the engineers?
With direct recruitment, your company manages the person you hire. With a managed team, your assigned delivery lead coordinates delivery and communication. We agree who owns technical decisions, product priorities and acceptance of work before the engagement starts.
Is a full-time product manager included?
The starting managed-team package includes an allocated delivery lead. Additional product management or technical leadership is scoped separately.
How quickly can we start?
Timing depends on the skills required, candidate availability and your assessment process. We agree a realistic plan after reviewing your requirements.
Can you help with one engineer or a short project?
Yes. We support individual engineering hires and short-term freelance assignments. Permanent recruitment and short-term projects are quoted on their respective terms.
What happens after the consultation?
